Colorado Model United Nations

Colorado Model United Nations is a consortium of Colorado public and independent high schools that host and participate in local Model U.N. conferences. We are among a few programs in the nation that coordinate statewide events in order to provide high school students the opportunity to host conferences, write background guides, and preside over committees.

Colorado high school Model U.N. conferences are held between September and April. There is no official "league," so any high school may participate in any one or more of these conferences and need only interested students and a supportive faculty advisor to begin. High schools from outside Colorado are welcome to participate but will need to make their own travel and lodging arrangements. All student groups must be accompanied by an adult chaperone for the entirety of their visit to the campus of host schools.

The 2024-2025 season has begun! The participation fee is set at $15 per student. Each host school handles its own invitation and logistics. To learn more about 2024-25 conferences, and to access conference documents, go to the "CONFERENCES" page.
